BREAKFAST: Choc Protein Waffle

Serves: 1

Prep: 10 mins + cooking time


- 1/2 cup wholewheat flour (or sub for GF flour)

- 1 tbsp @Tropeaka Cacao

- 1 tbsp @Tropeaka Choc Lean Protein

- 1 tsp @Tropeaka Boost (optional, replace with 1 tsp of cacao if desired)

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp baking soda

- 1 tbsp coconut sugar

- Pinch of salt

- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp almond milk


1. Preheat and grease iron waffle.

2. Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

3. Pour in almond milk and mix until just combined.

4. Pour into waffle iron and cook according to your machine's instructions/settings.

5. Serve with fresh fruit & any other toppings of your choice!

LUNCH: Nourish Bowl?? :)

Serves: 1-2 (depends on how much you want to make)

Time: 40 minutes (baking time/rice cooking time)


- Cooked brown rice (or rice of choice)

- 1/2 head cauliflower (Sauce: soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, asian veggie stock powder, vegan satay sauce)

- 1 sweet potato (smoked paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander)

- Cucumber

- Rocket or baby spinach

- Avocado

- Red cabbage

- Sesame seeds & hemp seeds

- Sauce: 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, fresh garlic & ginger, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, pinch of black pepper, 1/2 tsp coconut sugar, squeeze of lemon, water to thin


1. Slice sweet potato and toss in herbs/spices. Break cauliflower into florets and toss in sauce. Place both into an oven or airfryer and cook at 170*C until golden and cooked through.

2. Serve with cooked rice, avocado, greens, cucumber, red cabbage, sauce & sesame/hemp seeds.

DINNER: Potato & Leek Soup with Crusty Bread

Serves: 4

Time: 40 minutes


- 5-6 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

- 1 large leek, thinly sliced

- 1 small onion, thinly sliced

- 1 tsp garlic flakes/powder (or 1 fresh garlic clove is preferable)

- 1/2 tbsp dried mixed herbs

- 1 tsp dried coriander

- 1 veggie stock cube, melted in hot water

- Water

- Bread of choice


1. Add onion and leek into a saucepan and saute for 3-4 minutes

2. Add in potato, herbs and stock cube. Cover with enough water to just go below the ingredients. Bring to the boil, lower heat then cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until ingredients have softened.

3. Blend with a stick blender or add into blender and process (I just mashed it up a little before adding to my blender)

4. Toast bread

5. Pour soup into a bowl, garnish with chives/green onions/rocket and a dash of black pepper. Serve with toast and enjoyyyyy!!!
