BREAKFAST: Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl


- 1 small piece of beetroot

- 1 pink lady apple, peeled and diced

- 1 cup mixed berries - strawberries & raspberries

- 5-6 frozen mango chunks

- 2 fresh bananas

- Handful mixed nuts (for our good source of fat)

- Small splash of liquid to blend

- 1 tsp @Tropeaka immunity berry powder

- 1 tbsp @Tropeaka acai powder


1. You all know the drill, blend until smooth, top with all the goods and dig in!! :)

LUNCH: "Using up my leftovers" Pesto Pasta (seriously though lol)


- Pasta of choice

- 3/4 cup sundried tomatoes + some of the oil from the jar

- 1/3 cup pine nuts

- Huge handful of rocket (wanted to add in heaps of basil too but only had a few leaves left for garnish lol... like I said its leftovers so we make do with what we have :P)

- Juice of 1 lemon

- A couple of cherry tomatoes

- 1 can of chickpeas or cannellini beans

- 2 tsp dried basil (if not using fresh)

- 1 tsp garlic flakes/powder (had no fresh garlic at home)

- 2 tsp ground coriander

- Pinch of red pepper flakes

- Pinch of black pepper


1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.

2. Add all remaining ingredients into a food processor and process until well-combined yet still chunky

3. Mix 'pesto' through pasta, top with cherry tomatoes, garnish with basil and enjoy

DINNER: Baked Potato Fries w/ Salad & Avo


- 5-6 small or 2 large potatoes, cut into thin long pieces

- 1 tsp smoked paprika

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp ground coriander

- Lettuce + tomato + cucumber

- Hemp seeds & pepitas (or your fav nuts & seeds to sprinkle on top)

- Lemon wedge

- 1/2 avocado, mashed


1. Add potatoes & spices into a bowl and toss until well-coated.

2. Bake or airfry at 180*C for 40-50 minutes until cooked through and crisp on the outside.

3. Serve with salad and avo!
