Hi everyone, back again with another WIEIAD video! I’ve got some really delicious, healthy & simple recipes in this one and hope you all try it out for your next meals, enjoy!

■ ブニング (Evening) - Zplit

■ Great Days - Joakim Karud


BREAKFAST: Acai & Chia Parfait


- 3 tbsp chia seeds

- 1 cup coconut milk

- 1 tbsp maple syrup

- 1 large banana

- 1/3 cup each of frozen blueberries, blackberries, pineapple

- 1 scoop @tropeaka vanilla protein powder

- 1 tbsp @tropeaka acai powder

- A splash of @purecocobella coconut water to blend


1. Add chia seeds, milk and maple syrup into a bowl. Whisk well and place into the fridge. Set overnight or for 3-4 hours.

2. Blend all remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth and layer in a jar with fresh fruit, granola & chia pudding.

LUNCH: Tofu Scramble served with Crusty Bread

(*Note* mine made enough to serve 3-4)


- 600g or 1 large packet semi-firm tofu

- Spice/herb mix: turmeric, paprika, garam masala, coriander, mixed herbs all to taste (about 1/2-1 tsp each)

- Splash of soy sauce to taste

- Any veggies of your choice

- Bread to serve


1. Crumb tofu and add into a frypan and fry off for 1 minute.

2. Add in your herbs and spices and fry for an additional minute.

3. Toss in whatever ingredients you want to add to your scramble (capsicum/pepper, mushrooms, beans, onion...) and cook for 2-3 minutes until they're cooked through.

4. Season with soy sauce to taste.

5. Serve with toasted bread and garnish if desired.

DINNER: Rice with Tofu & Veggie Stirfry


- Cooked rice

- Firm tofu & a mix of different veggies (I literally used 10 different ones here - onion, carrot, zucchini, capsicum, broccoli, gailan, snowpeas, cauliflower, mushrooms, bokchoy...)

- Sauce: Soy sauce, sesame oil, ground black pepper, vegan satay sauce, vegan mushroom veggie stock powder, water (storebought)


1. Bring water to a boil in a large pan and blanch all veggies and tofu except from the onions (add into the water, stir around and cook for 1 min before draining)

2. Fry onions in a pan for 1 minute until fragrant and add in your sauce.

3. Pour in all your veggies & tofu and stirfry for 1-2 minutes until all the sauce has been absorbed and veggies & tofu are cooked through.

4. Serve with rice and garnish if desired. Enjoy!
