Veggie broth, white wine, coconut milk, sunflower seeds, arrowroot, coriander, white pepper, chickpea miso, and natural Warrior Blend protein from Sunwarrior go in a blender to make your creamy sauce. Then you’ll sauté your sweet and purple potatoes for your pie topping before blending them with coconut milk and sea salt. Sweat your onions, garlic, and leeks while you preheat your oven. Add to your aromatics gold potato, carrot, celery, vegetable broth, sea salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, sage, and parsley. Now mix those veggies with your delicious sauce. Top it with the sweet potato puree and bake it on a cookie sheet to contain the drips. Now, this part is very important, they will look amazing when they come out of the oven, but you must let them rest. You do not want to burn your mouth and those precious taste buds.
