    In May 2012, my husband and I became vegan in hopes of a healthier lifestyle. Soon after that, we cut out all processed foods. We have seen dramatic changes in our health. Both of us are down to a healthy weight without counting calories or starving. People around us began to see the changes and started to ask questions about our diet or where we found recipes. Before starting this journey, I was not a cook. In fact, I was convinced I would fail at it. Once I started trying, I realized it was easy and it began to save us money. I have two toddlers at home and if I can find the time, anyone can. Once you start eating real food, you will begin to see how much more you can taste/enjoy food that is not bogged down with salt, sugar and other scary additives. The better I feel, the more I want to share it with anyone who will listen!
